Hi, Im Roza
– ARTIST AND ART TEACHER
The feeling of home and connection lies at the heart of my work. Since moving from Bulgaria to the Netherlands, I have been exploring what it means to belong and how identity continuously evolves.
My approach is intuitive and experimental. I combine painting, textiles, ceramics, and found materials to make the interplay between people, culture, and environment tangible. My visual language is abstract and organic – a reflection of my inner dialogue and emotional search for authenticity.
Through my work, I aim to create space for empathy and connection, inviting viewers to explore their own sense of ‘inner home.’
As a teacher, I encourage students to investigate identity through art and to experience the value of reflection and exchange.
